Terms and Conditions apply. This offer is available to customers who wish to replace their existing MiniMed or non-MiniMed pump with the new MiniMedTM 780G system provided there is a minimum of 6 months warranty remaining on it at time of shipment. The actual length of time of the existing pump warranty will transfer and apply to the new MiniMedTM 780G system warranty at time of shipment. One CGM Starter Kit is included with the new system (comprised of:  Guardian 4 Transmitter and one box of 5 Guardian 4 Sensors (glucose sensors). Limit to one transmitter per 12-month period while using CGM. This offer has no cash value. This Program is subject to change without notice. Program eligibility requirements will apply. This offer is available until April 24, 2026.

The MiniMedTM 780G insulin pump is indicated for use by patients age 7-80 years with Type 1 diabetes, whose total daily dose of insulin is 8 units per day or more. 

* Licensed as MINIMED 780G SYSTEM and MINIMED 780G SYSTEM PRIME (A2). †Although meal detection can help with missed bolus forgiveness, taking a bolus 15-20 minutes before a meal provides significant improvement in post meal control. We recommend taking a meal bolus. ‡Refers to auto correct, which provides bolus assistance. Can deliver all correction doses automatically without user interaction, feature can be turned on and off. § Refers to SmartGuardTM feature. Individual results may vary. Some interaction required. ◊A blood glucose (BG) reading is needed to enter SmartGuardTM. If symptoms don’t match alerts & readings, use a BG meter. Refer to user guide.
