General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Sheila Denton    

• Sheila serves as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of MiniMed, where she leads the company’s global legal, corporate governance and compliance functions. She joined MiniMed in 2026. 
• Sheila brings more than 25 years of experience across global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, with expertise spanning corporate governance, strategic transactions, intellectual property and litigation. Prior to joining MiniMed, she served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and a member of the Executive Team at Incyte. Previously, she held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Boehringer Ingelheim in the U.S. and abroad, including U.S. General Counsel and Corporate Head of Strategic Transactions. Earlier in her career, she was a partner at Pullman & Comley. 
• Sheila holds a B.S. from Sacred Heart University and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law.
