If your device is in warranty, we will be able to process your replacement request online. Your current pump must be returned within 14 days after your replacement pump arrives. Please provide a shipment address that can be used for delivery for the next few days. You will receive an additional email communication when your replacement is on the way!

If your device is Out of Warranty, we will be able to provide a continuation of therapy loaner pump that can be borrowed for up to 90 days while we explore your upgrade options. The loaner pump must be returned within 90 days. Please provide a shipment address that can be used for delivery for the next few days. You will receive an additional email communication when your loaner pump is on the way!
