Courtney Nelson Wills

• Courtney serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of MiniMed, where she leads the company's global legal, corporate governance, ethics, compliance, and intellectual property functions. She joined MiniMed in 2025. 
• Prior to her current role, Courtney held several legal leadership positions at Medtronic (NYSE: MDT), including Chief Corporate Governance & Securities Counsel, General Counsel of the Global Regions Legal team, Chief IP Counsel, and Chief Legal Counsel for the Diabetes and Brain Therapies Operating Units.
• Courtney earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School.
