Gillian Chandrasena

• Gillian serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of MiniMed, where she leads the company’s global human resources function overseeing talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy.
• Gillian joined the company in 2025 as Vice President of Human Resources supporting Product Innovation & Quality before assuming her current role. She helped establish the company's human resources organization through its separation and IPO as MiniMed. 
• Prior to joining the company, Gillian held senior human resources and operational leadership roles at Centrica (LSE: CAN), Brambles (ASX: BXB), Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON), and RWC (ASX: RWC), where she served as Chief People Officer.
• Gillian earned a BA in English and Politics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources, and an MBA.
