Julio Salwen​ 

• Julio serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at MiniMed, where he leads the company's global quality organization.
• Prior to joining Medtronic (NYSE: MDT) in 2022 as Vice President of Quality for Diabetes, Julio held senior quality leadership roles at Abbott (NYSE: ABT), including Global Head of Quality for the Molecular Diagnostics division and Divisional Vice President of Global Quality Assurance & Technical Services for Point of Care. Earlier in his career, he spent more than two decades at Baxter International (NYSE: BAX) in leadership roles spanning manufacturing, quality systems, and global operations.
• He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez and an MBA in Finance from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico.
