• Kate serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of MiniMed, where she leads the company’s global marketing, communications, brand, digital, and customer experience strategy.
• Prior to joining the company in 2025, Kate served as Chief Brand and Corporate Affairs Officer at Moderna (MRNA), where she led the company's global brand, communications, public affairs, and corporate reputation strategy. Previous to this role, she served as Global Chief Executive Officer of Ogilvy Health, leading teams across pharmaceutical, consumer health, and wellness communications.
• Kate earned a BA in Biology from Smith College.
