Laura Endres

Laura is Head of Americas at MiniMed Group, Inc. She is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. She joined Medtronic Diabetes in 2025 as Head of Americas and maintained this role through the company’s separation from Medtronic and IPO as MiniMed Group, Inc.   

Laura has held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson and Dexcom and led commercial organizations across North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, consistently delivering revenue growth and strengthening profitability through strategic execution and forward-looking leadership.   

Although she began her career as an accountant, she quickly discovered her passion for healthcare and has since held a series of impactful roles that shaped her into the leader she is today. She remains grounded in the principles that guide her work—integrity, accountability, purpose, and leading by example.   

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active through running, golf, and general fitness. A lifelong admirer of the water, she finds calm and inspiration near the ocean. She currently lives in San Diego with her husband and two adult daughters, and the family enjoys traveling together whenever possible.
