Laura Endres

• Laura serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Americas at MiniMed, where she leads the company's commercial organization across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Prior to joining MiniMed in 2025, Laura was Senior Vice President of North America Channels and Payors at Dexcom (NASDAQ: DXCM) and held senior commercial roles at Johnson & Johnson. Laura brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, with over 20 years in diabetes.
• Laura earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Leadership Program.
