• Manuel serves as Senior Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain at MiniMed, where he leads the company's global manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and operational excellence functions. Prior to his current role, Manuel served as Vice President of Operations at the company. 
• Before joining the company in 2018, he spent 25 years at Baxter Healthcare (NYSE: BAX), where he held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Manufacturing for China and the Caribbean, Vice President of Global Manufacturing, and Vice President of Quality Assurance.
• Manuel earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University.
