Manuel Domenech

Manuel Domenech is SVP, Integrated Supply Chain at MiniMed Group, Inc. Driven by purpose, he is an energetic, results-oriented leader with 33 years of experience in Operations and Quality across medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing.  In his role, Manuel oversees the value streams that supply products to more than 650,000 patients and leads new product introduction (NPI) transitions into manufacturing, ensuring that both new and existing patients benefit from an enhanced and evolving product portfolio. 

Manuel has led multi-site organizations across Manufacturing and Quality in multiple geographies and has managed a wide spectrum of complex challenges—from establishing greenfield facilities and overseeing large-scale production and technology transfers to leading transformations and guiding joint venture operations. 

Prior to his current role, Manuel served as Vice President of Operations for Medtronic Diabetes. Before joining the company, he built a successful 25-year career at Baxter Healthcare, holding several senior leadership roles including Vice President of Manufacturing for China and the Caribbean, Vice President of Global Manufacturing, and Vice President of Quality Assurance.  

Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering​ and EMBA from Rutgers University.
