Manuel Domenech

Manuel is Vice President of Operations at MiniMed Group, Inc. Driven by purpose, he is an energetic, results-oriented leader with 33 years of experience in Operations and Quality across medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing.   

Manuel has led multi-site organizations across Manufacturing and Quality in multiple geographies and has managed a wide spectrum of complex challenges—from establishing greenfield facilities and overseeing large-scale production and technology transfers to leading transformations and guiding joint venture operations.  

Manuel has served as Vice President of Operations for Medtronic Diabetes since 2022 and maintained this role through the company’s separation and IPO as MiniMed Group, Inc. In this role, Manuel oversees the value streams that supply products to more than 650,000 patients and leads new product introduction (NPI) transitions into manufacturing, ensuring that both new and existing patients benefit from an enhanced and evolving product portfolio.  

Before joining Medtronic Diabetes, he built a successful 25-year career at Baxter Healthcare, holding several senior leadership roles including Vice President of Manufacturing for China and the Caribbean, Vice President of Global Manufacturing, and Vice President of Quality Assurance.   

Education: BS Industrial Engineering​ and EMBA, Rutgers University.
