Que Dallara is Chief Executive Officer of MiniMed Group, Inc., where she leads the company’s global operations and sets the strategic vision for advancing MiniMed’s leadership in automated insulin delivery and smart diabetes technologies. She brings more than two decades of global, multi-industry experience driving complex business transformations and building high-performance organizations.   

Que joined Medtronic Diabetes as EVP and President in 2022 and guided the company through a significant multiyear turnaround—restoring innovation momentum, strengthening execution discipline, and putting the business back on a trajectory of sustained double-digit organic growth. Under her leadership, the organization resolved major regulatory challenges, revitalized its product pipeline, and delivered industry-leading advancements in automated insulin delivery. Que led the successful separation of the diabetes business into MiniMed Group, Inc., a standalone, publicly traded company purpose-built to accelerate innovation, expand access, and serve people living with diabetes with greater focus and agility.   

Before joining the diabetes field in 2022, she served as President and CEO of Honeywell Connected Enterprise and as Honeywell’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
