Que Dallara

• Que Dallara is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of MiniMed. She joined the company in 2022 and has led the business through its separation from Medtronic and its Nasdaq listing in March 2026. 
• She brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across healthcare, software, industrial, and manufacturing sectors, with a strong track record of driving growth and building high-performance teams.
• Prior to MiniMed, she served as President and CEO of Honeywell Connected Enterprise and as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Honeywell, where she led the company’s efforts in strategy, marketing, sales excellence, pricing, product innovation, enterprise software, data analytics, and IoT solutions. 
• Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at TE Connectivity, Microsoft, Telstra, and McKinsey & Company.
• Since November 2023, Que has served as an independent director of Lattice Unclear where Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC).
• She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, both from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia; and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
