Slobodan has deep MedTech commercial and operational leadership experience, most notably from his 20 years at Medtronic. During his tenure, Slobodan held various senior leadership roles across the globe, building enduring relationships while driving consistent commercial performance in complex, highly regulated markets. 

Slobodan played a key global commercial leadership role at Embecta where he helped guide the organization through its successful spin-off from Becton Dickinson. In this environment, he was integrally involved in establishing standalone operating rhythms, commercial infrastructure, and new ways of working – experience that is directly relevant as we prepare for our next chapter.

Slobodan is known for his pragmatic leadership style, global insights, and ability to translate strategy into execution at pace. He brings a rare combination of deep knowledge of Medtronic, current spin-off experience, and trusted relationships across the business. He understands the realities of operating scale across multiple geographies, the expectations of a public company environment, and the nuances of our markets.
