Slobodan Radumilo

• Slobodan serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA and APAC at MiniMed. He also serves as Chair of the MedTech Europe Diabetes Sector Group.
• Prior to joining the company in 2026, Slobodan was Senior Vice President and President of International at embecta (NASDAQ: EMBC), where he helped lead the company’s spin-off from Becton, Dickinson and Company (NYSE: BDX) and establish its standalone global commercial organization. Earlier in his career, he spent two decades at Medtronic (NYSE: MDT) in commercial and operational leadership roles.
• Slobodan holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb. He also earned diplomas in Management from the University of Zagreb and Leadership from Glasgow Caledonian University.
