Sync my data to CareLink in the MiniMed Mobile App

You can share your insulin and glucose data in reports for you and your healthcare professional (HCP) to review. The data can be automatically uploaded to your healthcare team’s clinic for easy access through the MiniMed^TM Mobile app. 

To confirm your MiniMed^TM Mobile app is automatically uploading your data to CareLink^TM or to manually perform an upload from the app, complete the following steps:  

1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the MiniMed Mobile app screen. 
2. Tap Sync to CareLink.
3. Tap Upload Now.
   An internet connection is required to upload.

Sharing data with your healthcare team:​
Your healthcare professional needs to have CareLink^TM Clinic to generate and review your reports. Please have them reach out to MiniMed at 1-800-646-4633 if they need help accessing it.​

Sharing data with your care partners: ​
A care partner is someone like a family member or friend who you want to have access to your data. They are able to see your data through the Carelink^TM Connect app.
