Retired Chief Executive Officer, CommonSpirit Health

  • Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of CommonSpirit Health, prior to retiring in 2020 after overseeing the 2019 merger between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health that formed one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the U.S.
  • Previously served for nearly two decades as Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), leading its significant growth and transformation.
  • Held earlier leadership roles as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Howard University Hospital and UAB Hospital in Birmingham.
  • Kevin is a Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Board member of Howard University, and Chair of the Board of the Georgia State University Foundation. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Medtronic plc. He previously served on the boards of Gilead Sciences, Inc., Rite Aid Corporation and Morehouse School of Medicine.

Chief Executive Officer, MiniMed

 

Que Dallara is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of MiniMed Group, Inc., a global diabetes technology company with an integrated ecosystem spanning insulin delivery systems, continuous glucose monitors, algorithms, and app-based experiences. Since May 2022, she has led the business through its separation from Medtronic and its Nasdaq listing in March 2026. She brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across healthcare, software, industrial, and manufacturing sectors, with a strong track record of driving growth and building high-performance teams.

 

Prior to MiniMed, she served as President and CEO of Honeywell Connected Enterprise and as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Honeywell, where she led the company’s efforts in strategy, marketing, sales excellence, pricing, product innovation, enterprise software, data analytics, and IoT solutions. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at TE Connectivity, Microsoft, Telstra, and McKinsey & Company.

 

Since November 2023, Que has served as an independent director of Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC).

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with First Class Honours; a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia; and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Labcorp Holdings Inc.

  • Glenn served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Labcorp from mid-2014 until December 2024 and continued as Special Advisor to the CEO through April 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Over the course of his tenure, Glenn helped steer Labcorp through approximately 100 acquisitions, deploying about $11 billion into growth and delivering strong shareholder returns.
  • Prior to joining Labcorp, Glenn served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at The Timken Company, a leading global manufacturer of engineered bearings and power transmission products.   • Laura serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific and Medical Officer at Medtronic, where she leads the global scientific, medical, clinical research, and regulatory affairs teams and serves on the Executive Committee. 
  • Laura joined Medtronic in September 2018 as Vice President of Global Clinical Research and Analytics. She served as executive sponsor of the company's efforts to unify Medtronic's global clinical research leaders across all product areas and led the company's clinical trial response and mitigation plans for COVID-19. She has also been responsible for advancing novel analytic and data science solutions to generate global clinical evidence for Medtronic products.
  • Laura is an interventional cardiologist who practiced at Brigham and Women’s Hospital for 15 years. As an internationally recognized investigator and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, she helped shape the clinical evaluation of new medical technologies, providing greater insight into the interactions among medical devices, clinical practice, and concurrent pharmaceutical therapy.
  • Laura earned an Artium Baccalaureus (A.B.), magna cum laude, from Harvard College; a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), magna cum laude, from Harvard Medical School; and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Clinical Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health. She completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

  • Tim is the retired Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Optum, where he steered major divisions including Optum Financial, Supply Chain, and OptumRx after nearly 20 years with UnitedHealth Group.
  • Tim held leadership roles across Optum’s spectrum of operations, product, business development, and strategic relationships, and he also served on the board of Optum360.
  • After leaving Optum, Tim was tapped as advisory board chair at MOBE and joined BrightSpring’s Board of Directors in April 2024.
  • Tim has served on the boards of two public companies: Precision Castparts Corp. (sold to Berkshire Hathaway for $37B) and Aerojet Rocketdyne. He served on both companies' Finance and Audit Committees and is recognized as an SEC financial expert. He is also actively engaged in supporting the growth of several private companies.
