Important actions to ensure connectivity

We want to provide you with some recommendations and important actions you should take after the recent CareLinkTM software and network outage.

To help ensure that the mobile app remains connected with the CareLinkTM server and continues to upload device data or remotely monitor a device user, you will need to log back into CareLinkTM software within the app, following the instructions below. Once you log back in, data should continue to be transferred automatically and no further action is needed.

 

Instructions to log into CareLinkTM software in the MiniMedTM Mobile app:

From the Home screen, tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen

  • Tap Sync to CareLinkTM
  • Tap Change CareLinkTM Sign-in to enter your credentials

Instructions to log into CareLinkTM software in the CareLinkTM Connect app:

Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen

  • Tap Log Out at the bottom of the screen
  • You will then be prompted to enter your credentials to log back into the app
